In short
- The website uses no cookies and saves nothing on your device.
- Statistics are anonymous: we do not store your IP address, name or phone number.
- We take no deposit and process no payments through the site. You send the booking request yourself, by WhatsApp or phone.
Booking requests and contact
The booking form on the site does not send your data to our servers: it prepares a message that you send yourself, through WhatsApp. If you write or call us, we use your name, phone number, stay dates, vehicle or tent type, number of people and your message only to reply and to organise your stay.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep messages only as long as needed for the stay and for legal record-keeping duties.
Anonymous website statistics
We use our own cookie-free system to see which pages are read and which buttons help visitors (for example, how many people tap “Call” or “Write on WhatsApp”). We record the page visited, the page language, the device type (mobile, tablet or computer), the approximate country, the domain of the site you came from, campaign parameters in the link if any, and actions such as tapping the phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or map buttons and submitting the form.
We do not record your IP address, name, phone number, e-mail or the content of messages. To count a visitor once a day, the server computes an anonymous code from the technical data of the request and a secret key, then discards that data. The code changes every day, so it cannot recognise you from one day to the next and cannot be turned back into an IP address.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is anonymous and cannot identify you. We keep it for at most 14 months.
Technical operating data
To deliver and protect the page, our hosting provider temporarily processes technical connection data (for example the IP address and browser type) in its server logs. We do not use this data for profiling. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
Cookies and local storage
We use no cookies and store no information on your device, neither cookies nor local storage. That is why the site shows no cookie banner.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the page fonts from Google, which therefore receives your device’s IP address.
- Google Maps: the map on the “Getting here” page loads only if you start it. From then on, Google processes data (including through cookies) under its own policy.
- WhatsApp, e-mail and phone: when you tap these buttons, communication goes through the app and provider you choose.
- Links to Facebook, Google Maps or other sites lead outside our site, and those sites have their own policies.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Netlify, Inc.: hosts the site and relays the statistics events (this is also where the approximate country comes from).
- Supabase: stores the anonymous statistics in a data centre in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Cramba App Studio: the site’s developer and technical administrator, with access to the aggregated statistics.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. We cannot identify you in the anonymous statistics, so we cannot link them to an individual request. For data in booking messages, call us or write on WhatsApp at 0752 252 197.
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): dataprotection.ro.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
